WEMMEL

3D rendering of a preliminary project in Lessines, in the province of Hainaut. This involves a new construction where the land was bare. There was a significant difference in level between the base of the facade and the property line. Initially, the client wanted the intervention to focus on the area around the house to preserve their orchard and vegetable garden in the upper part of the garden. Retaining walls were the solution, allowing for a view of the garden through the grasses from inside the house. A water feature in the form of a pond serves as a second retention, allowing the water to overflow to enjoy its sound combined with the rest of the rural landscape.

3D Rendering of a Preliminary Design in Kampenhout, in the province of Flemish Brabant. At the heart of this space lies a renovated house, around which the terrain was bare. The garden layout concept was envisioned around hospitality, the client's top priority. The goal was to create different living spaces to enjoy moments of conviviality. These spaces are complemented by plants offering different visuals, including a depth effect with a perspective of tall trees on the side of the house. Additionally, there are multi-trunk trees illuminated at night, capturing attention from the beginning of the corridor.

Hospitality remains the client’s priority, as they wish to make better use of the left side of their garden.

The pool house overlooking the swimming pool is equipped with a bar designed for events. The view from neighboring properties is absorbed by vegetation as well as by the alignment of a screen specifically planned for this purpose. 

It is notably through these visual barriers that the lighting is discreetly concealed, prioritizing warmth and maintaining the privacy of the space.
