3D rendering of a preliminary project in Ixelles, in the city of Brussels. This real estate project required an organization that is both aesthetic and functional, allowing each tenant to enjoy their own space. The vegetal decor consists of undulating shapes giving rise to "social bubbles" where pedestrians are invited to meet. These same shapes traverse the entire garden without regard to parcel boundaries, thus allowing residents the opportunity to contemplate this scenography even from their balconies.
